Overview

How each tool is described

Mews Hospitality Cloud

What is Mews Hospitality Cloud?

Mews Hospitality Cloud is a cloud-native operating platform for hotels and other accommodation businesses, centered on Mews PMS and connected products for guest journeys, embedded payments, revenue management, business intelligence, distribution, point of sale, and third-party integrations. Mews increasingly positions the combined platform as its hospitality operating system.

  1. Hotel operations: Mews PMS brings reservation management, availability and rates, housekeeping, guest profiles, front-office workflows, payments, reporting, and direct booking into one workspace. It supports independent properties as well as hotel groups, with additional multi-property tools and dedicated Portfolio and Brand packages for larger operations.
  2. Guest journey: the Mews Guest Portal supports online check-in and check-out, payments, upgrades, and other self-service actions, while Mews Kiosk handles on-property self-check-in and checkout. Advanced adds capabilities including Guest Portal messaging, customizable check-in flows, SMS reminders, and Digital Key where compatible locks are installed.
  3. Revenue and business intelligence: Mews RMS, powered by technology from acquired Atomize, is now embedded directly into the Mews workspace and uses AI-driven demand forecasting and real-time dynamic pricing. Mews BI tracks metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and pickup, while Enterprise-level Mews Analytics adds customizable dashboards, advanced data connectors, automated reporting, and AI-generated performance summaries. RMS is an optional paid add-on rather than automatically included with the core PMS subscription.
  4. Commercial structure: for independent hotels, current PMS packages are Essentials, Advanced, and Enterprise, with pricing provided on request and subscriptions based on contracted room or space count. Essentials includes the PMS foundation, Kiosk, basic guest journey, embedded payments, ready-made BI dashboards, and eight Marketplace integrations; Advanced adds the enhanced guest experience; Enterprise adds Mews Analytics, private Open APIs, and unlimited Marketplace integrations. Groups can instead use Portfolio or Brand packages, while products such as Mews RMS, POS, Events, and some Marketplace services may be billed separately.

Mews is most relevant to hospitality businesses that want property operations, guest self-service, payments, pricing, analytics, and a large integration ecosystem centered on the same cloud platform rather than assembled around a standalone legacy PMS.
