We don't guarantee any specific outcome from using SoftFinders, including (but not limited to):

Software vendors listed on SoftFinders are independent third parties. SoftFinders is not responsible for:

• The performance, reliability, security or quality of vendor products and services.
• Pricing, billing, contracts, refunds or service-level agreements offered by vendors.
• Disputes, claims, losses or damages arising between you and any vendor.
• Vendor communications, marketing practices or data handling after a lead has been shared.

Any agreement, purchase or relationship you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.

We aim to keep SoftFinders fair and useful. Editorial listings, comparisons and AI-driven matches are based on factors like category fit, features, pricing transparency, user feedback and the requirements you share, not on whether a vendor pays us.

Some vendors may pay for sponsored placements, enhanced profiles, or qualified leads. Where this is the case, we clearly label sponsored content and never let commercial arrangements override what is genuinely relevant to you.

You may stop using SoftFinders at any time. Termination doesn't affect rights or obligations that have already arisen.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
