Real experience only
SoftFinders reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the software. Fake, copied, misleading, promotional, abusive, or AI-generated reviews presented as user experiences are prohibited and may be rejected.
Section 02
Disclosure requirements
Incentivised reviews must be disclosed. Vendor employees, former employees, partners, consultants, competitors, investors, and anyone with another material relationship to the vendor must disclose that relationship.
Section 03
Moderation before publication
Reviews are moderated before publication. SoftFinders may reject, hide, or remove reviews that are fake, misleading, abusive, conflicted, promotional, unverifiable, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.
Section 04
Vendor responses
Vendors may respond to published reviews where the backend provides a response. Vendor responses are labelled. Vendors cannot edit or delete customer reviews.
Section 05
User ratings and SoftFinders Score
User review ratings are separate from SoftFinders Score. SoftFinders Score is an editorial score, and user ratings come only from published user reviews returned by the review endpoints.
Section 06
Reviews and recommendations
Reviews do not control Find My Tool or Sarah ranking at launch. Reviews also do not imply sponsored placement or paid promotion.
