Fuse Flow extends search and learning into the flow of work through its desktop/browser experience, while the Fuse 4 mobile app provides access to learning plans, communities, content, search, and AI Answers away from the desktop.
- AI and performance support: Optional AI Answers generates answers from content in administrator-selected Fuse communities that the learner is permitted to access and links users back to the underlying sources. Lyra is Fuse's embedded AI coaching system; organizations can create coaches with their own personas, knowledge bases, and scopes for contextual guidance, onboarding, practice, and role-based coaching. Course+ is an optional AI-assisted authoring tool for creating and updating interactive learning content directly inside Fuse.
