Overview

How each tool is described

GuestRevu

What is GuestRevu?

GuestRevu is a hospitality guest feedback and reputation management platform that combines guest surveys, online review monitoring, sentiment analysis, reporting, competitor benchmarking, and review-response workflows in one system.

  1. Guest surveys: hotels can automate customizable pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay surveys through PMS or CRM integrations. Feedback can also be collected through email, QR codes, live survey links, and tablet-based kiosks, with higher-tier plans supporting custom-branded surveys.
  2. Online reputation management: GuestRevu consolidates hotel reviews from multiple sources, including Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and Expedia, and provides alerts, sentiment analysis, performance trends, and competitor tracking. Direct in-app responses are supported for API-connected sources such as Google, Booking.com, and Expedia, while responses for platforms such as Tripadvisor and Airbnb must be copied to the original site.
  3. AI-assisted analysis and responses: GuestRevu AI Analytics analyzes survey responses and online reviews to identify recurring themes, keywords, sentiment, emotions, and action items. On supported plans, its AI response tool drafts management replies using configurable tone and brand instructions, with staff able to edit or regenerate the response before publishing.
  4. Commercial considerations: GuestRevu Lite is free, while Core costs $34.99 per property per month. Pro+ ranges from $93 to $348 per month depending on property size and room count, and Group+ uses custom portfolio pricing. Feature depth also changes materially by tier: Lite and Core monitor reviews from three sources, while Pro+ and Group+ cover 20+ sources and add advanced analytics and AI features.

GuestRevu is most relevant to hotels and multi-property hospitality operators that want direct guest surveys and public-review monitoring to feed into the same reporting and reputation-management workflow.

ReviewPro by Shiji

What is ReviewPro by Shiji?

ReviewPro by Shiji, now branded Reviewpro Reputation, is a hospitality reputation and guest-feedback platform for collecting online reviews and surveys, analyzing guest sentiment, benchmarking performance, responding to reviews, and converting feedback into operational cases. The current product covers reputation management, competitor benchmarking, surveys, AI responses, case management, and reporting.

  1. Reputation monitoring: Reviewpro aggregates reviews from more than 140 sources in 45 languages and analyzes over 700 hospitality-specific concepts in 17 languages. Its proprietary Global Review Index™ (GRI™) provides a standardized reputation score, while the Competitive Quality Index™ (CQI™) compares a property with its selected competitors. Teams can also benchmark properties within a hotel group and analyze feedback by department, source, traveler type, room, and other attributes.
  2. Guest surveys: hotels can collect feedback during or after a stay using customizable survey templates delivered through channels including email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Survey results can be filtered by fields such as room number, room type, length of stay, corporate account, and loyalty level, while prompts can direct satisfied guests toward public review channels.
  3. AI responses and operational workflows: Reviewpro’s AI analyzes sentiment and uses Property Insights to incorporate hotel-specific characteristics, improvements, and brand context into suggested responses. Teams can generate responses individually or in batches of up to 20, but the current workflow keeps a human in the loop: staff review and can edit each response before publication. Case Management can automatically create cases from defined feedback rules, send alerts, assign operational follow-up, apply escalation workflows, and track issues through resolution.
  4. Portfolio and system integration: Reviewpro supports multi-property reporting and competitor benchmarking and provides API connectivity to hotel systems, including PMS and BI environments. Shiji also offers a deeper integration with Daylight PMS that can surface Reviewpro guest-satisfaction information directly within PMS workflows. The platform is used by independent hotels as well as regional and multinational hotel groups.

Reviewpro Reputation is most relevant to hotels and hotel groups that want online reputation monitoring, structured guest surveys, competitive benchmarking, AI-assisted review responses, and service-recovery workflows managed from the same hospitality-specific feedback platform.
