MachineMetrics is an intelligent manufacturing execution system for discrete manufacturers that connects directly to shop-floor equipment and ERP data to monitor production, track jobs, manage scheduling, analyze downtime and OEE, and feed actual production results back into business systems.

1. Real-time production data: MachineMetrics automatically collects machine status, utilization, cycle times, part counts, downtime, alarms, and other production signals from modern and legacy equipment. Dashboards and reports analyze OEE, downtime, quality, jobs, shifts, machines, and operator-level performance without depending on operators to manually record basic machine activity.
2. Max AI: Max AI is MachineMetrics’ agentic intelligence layer, combining live machine data, ERP records, and a Knowledge Hub of SOPs, manuals, and operational knowledge. Users can ask production questions in natural language, generate charts and reports, investigate downtime or bottlenecks, and use role-based agents for workflows such as flagging late jobs, rescheduling work, shift handovers, and updating ERP cycle-time information.
3. MES and ERP execution: Intelligent MES adds bidirectional ERP-connected job execution, work-order tracking, labor-ticket submission, projected completion times, drag-and-drop scheduling, and job routing. Jobs can flow from the ERP into MachineMetrics while actual production, labor, part counts, and cycle-time information flow back. Prebuilt connectors include Dynamics 365, Epicor Kinetic, several Infor products, JobBOSS², and Global Shop, with REST APIs and custom integration options available.
4. Commercial considerations: MachineMetrics offers Core Platform, Intelligent MES, and Enterprise tiers through a demo-led sales process. Core covers machine connectivity, automated production tracking, dashboards, reporting, alerts, and APIs; Intelligent MES adds ERP-connected production execution and scheduling; Enterprise adds multi-site capabilities, advanced security and user management, BI integration, and broader MES/ERP requirements. Pricing uses a SaaS subscription model and is volume-based, with the per-machine cost declining as more machines are connected.
