ProfitSword is Actabl’s hospitality business intelligence, budgeting, and forecasting platform. It consolidates financial, revenue, labor, sales, and operational data from hotel systems so property and above-property teams can work from standardized reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics across a portfolio.

1. Financial reporting: Automated Income Journal provides finance teams with a consolidated daily view of revenue, while Enterprise Dashboards deliver customizable performance views through web and mobile interfaces. ProfitSword also includes Commentary Reports for adding operational context to financial results and standardized reporting that can be rolled up consistently across different hotel brands and properties.
2. Forecasting and planning: Forecasting & Budgeting combines data from connected systems so teams can compare actual performance with forecasts and budgets, build multiple budgets, examine detailed records, and adjust plans as conditions change. Business Plan standardizes annual strategic planning, while Sales Pacing & Productivity consolidates group and transient pacing, pickup, and salesperson-performance information.
3. Data and AI: ProfitSword itself currently advertises more than 260 hotel BI integrations, while the broader Actabl ecosystem lists more than 400 integrations across PMS, POS, accounting, labor, revenue-management, and operational systems. Actabl’s Altitude AI operates on the financial data already normalized in ProfitSword, allowing hotel leaders to ask portfolio or property-level questions in plain language and receive answers with the underlying source and an as-of date; useful results can also be turned into dashboards.
4. Actabl ecosystem: ProfitSword is the financial and business-intelligence component of Actabl’s broader hotel operations platform. Hotel Effectiveness handles labor optimization, Alice covers hotel operations and service workflows, and Transcendent focuses on engineering, asset management, and CapEx. Actabl also provides integrations between these products—for example, ProfitSword labor budgets can feed Hotel Effectiveness labor plans—so buyers can deploy ProfitSword independently or as part of a wider Actabl operating stack.
