Revinate Marketing

Revinate Marketing is a hotel email marketing and guest-engagement product built on Revinate Core, the company’s hospitality customer data platform. It uses unified guest profiles and hotel-specific segmentation to create targeted one-time and automated campaigns intended to increase direct bookings, repeat stays, and ancillary revenue.

1. Guest data foundation: Revinate Core connects with more than 140 PMS, restaurant, spa, golf, and other hospitality systems. Identity Resolution merges duplicate records—including profiles affected by OTA-masked emails or data-entry differences—into Rich Guest Profiles containing reservation history, engagement, loyalty information, preferences, and other available guest data. Marketers can then build segments from those unified records rather than working from separate PMS exports and mailing lists.
2. Email creation and targeting: Revinate Marketing provides a drag-and-drop email composer, one-time and automated campaigns, campaign reporting, click tracking, contact lists, and segmentation from the underlying guest database. Its AI-enhanced composer can generate headings, body copy, calls to action, and images, while features such as the Content Auditor help identify missing links, image URLs, or alt text before campaigns are sent.
3. Revenue-focused automation: Marketing Pro adds A/B testing, guest preferences, UTM tagging, qualification campaigns, drip/nurture campaigns, upsell campaigns, and cancellation-recovery automation. Revinate also offers Shopping Cart Abandonment, which captures partial booking data when supported by the booking engine and can trigger follow-up campaigns to bring high-intent guests back to complete a direct reservation; this should be evaluated separately from the standard Pro feature list rather than assumed to be included automatically.
4. Commercial structure: Revinate does not publish fixed subscription prices. Its current Marketing plans page presents the Core Data Platform as the foundation, with Starter adding essential email-marketing capabilities and Pro adding deeper segmentation and automation features. Some functionality, integrations, and advanced services are separately contracted or sold as add-ons, so buyers need to confirm PMS and booking-engine compatibility as well as the exact automation and data integrations included in their quote.

Revinate Marketing is most relevant to hotels and hotel groups that already hold meaningful first-party guest data and want that data cleaned, segmented, and activated through hospitality-specific email campaigns and revenue automations rather than through a general-purpose email marketing platform.
