4. Pricing and packaging: TrustYou sells CXP, CDP, and TrustYou Agent separately. With annual billing, CXP Lite currently starts at $75 per property per month, CDP at $350, and the base TrustYou Agent at $100. CXP surveys begin with the $130 Essential tier, while unlimited Response AI is included in the $180 Professional tier. TrustYou Agent also carries a one-time setup fee, with additional skills and messaging channels priced separately.
