MES and ERP execution: Intelligent MES adds bidirectional ERP-connected job execution, work-order tracking, labor-ticket submission, projected completion times, drag-and-drop scheduling, and job routing. Jobs can flow from the ERP into MachineMetrics while actual production, labor, part counts, and cycle-time information flow back. Prebuilt connectors include Dynamics 365, Epicor Kinetic, several Infor products, JobBOSS², and Global Shop, with REST APIs and custom integration options available.
  4. Commercial considerations: MachineMetrics offers Core Platform, Intelligent MES, and Enterprise tiers through a demo-led sales process.
