DELMIA Apriso

DELMIA Apriso is a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform from Dassault Systèmes for managing production across individual plants and multi-site manufacturing networks. It extends traditional MES execution with integrated quality, materials, warehouse, maintenance, labor, analytics, and business-process management. Dassault Systèmes continues to maintain a dedicated DELMIA Apriso 2026 release and documentation set.

1. Production control: Apriso connects ERP systems with shop-floor execution and provides real-time visibility into production activity, resources, materials, and execution results. Its production capabilities include order management, digital work instructions, RFID and barcode tracking, and genealogy across people, equipment, processes, and materials throughout the production cycle.
2. Integrated operations: production works within the same MOM environment as quality control, warehouse management, equipment maintenance, and time and labor. Quality can share data directly with production, maintenance, and warehouse processes, while inventory and maintenance activities can be synchronized with what is happening on the shop floor.
3. Global standardization: Apriso provides low-code process configuration and a Center of Excellence model for defining, governing, monitoring, and updating manufacturing processes centrally. Global Process Manager can distribute standardized processes and best practices across plants, while plant-level operations and performance remain visible within the multi-site environment.
4. Implementation checks: buyers should assess ERP and PLM integration, machine and process-control connectivity, manufacturing data models, existing MES dependencies, global-versus-local process requirements, deployment architecture, and which Apriso modules are required.
