Sweeply

What is Sweeply?

Sweeply is a modular hotel operations platform for housekeeping, maintenance, guest requests, and AI-assisted operational workflows. It connects with supported property management systems (PMS) so room, reservation, and housekeeping information can feed directly into day-to-day staff operations.

  1. Housekeeping: Sweeply provides live room-status views, cleaning assignments, workload balancing, inspections, stayover and checkout rules, checklists, and recurring SOP workflows. Reservation and room information is synchronized with the connected PMS, while supported integrations can also write updated room-cleaning statuses back to the PMS.
  2. Maintenance and operational tasks: Staff can photograph problems from the mobile interface, categorize them, assign responsibility, and track issues through resolution. Maintenance workflows also support preventive and recurring tasks, escalation, out-of-order rooms, photo documentation, and audit trails.
  3. Guest self-service: Guest Connect gives guests a browser-based page, accessible through a link or QR code without installing an app. Depending on the hotel's configuration, guests can request or skip housekeeping, ask for items such as fresh towels, and report maintenance problems; those requests are then recorded and routed into Sweeply for staff action.
  4. Automation and AI agents: Sweeply can automatically generate recurring operational tasks through configurable workflows. Separately, Agent Home runs managed AI agents such as Tracey, which interprets reservation remarks and converts guest requests into operational tasks, and Roomey, which works on room-assignment decisions. Sweeply says its managed agent runtime can operate continuously and produces reports showing what an agent observed, decided, and changed.

Sweeply is most relevant to hotels and serviced-accommodation operators that want housekeeping, maintenance, guest requests, and selected PMS-driven automation managed in one operational layer. Shortlisting it should depend on the property's PMS compatibility, required modules, operational complexity, and whether its newer AI-agent workflows match processes the hotel is comfortable automating.

Snapfix

What is Snapfix?

Snapfix is a mobile-first maintenance and hotel-operations platform built around photo-based work orders and a simple red-yellow-green status system. Its current product suite spans reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, compliance inspections, asset management, room-status coordination, and AI-assisted housekeeping.

  1. Work order management: staff can create tasks in seconds using a photo, video, voice input, or QR code, assign them to individuals or teams, and follow progress from red (open) through yellow (in progress) to green (completed). The visual workflow is designed for frontline teams that might otherwise rely on radio calls, paper logs, or informal messaging.
  2. Preventive maintenance and assets: Snapfix Plan schedules recurring maintenance, inspections, fire walks, and other work orders with alerts and customizable checklists. Snapfix Track maintains asset registers, documents, criticality, repair and work-order history, maintenance cost, and scannable QR, barcode, or NFC identifiers for equipment such as HVAC systems, lifts, boilers, and fire-safety assets.
  3. AI and housekeeping: Snapfix’s AI task creation can interpret an uploaded photo, suggest the issue title, category, assignee, tags, and room or area, reducing manual task entry. However, its newer Snapfix Recommends capability is being rolled out to customers in phases. Snapfix Housekeeping, launched in May 2026, connects to the PMS, automatically creates cleaning and inspection tasks, prioritizes rooms using arrivals and operational context, balances assignments, and provides live room-readiness visibility to housekeeping, maintenance, and front-desk teams.
  4. Safety and compliance: Snapfix Comply supports scheduled fire walks, equipment and security inspections, recurring checklists, reminders, digital evidence, and full audit trails. NFC smart tags can provide proof that an inspector was physically present at a specific asset or inspection point, while photos, notes, scores, and signatures can be required as part of a checklist.

Snapfix is most relevant to hotels and facilities that want maintenance, room readiness, housekeeping, assets, and compliance managed through a visual mobile workflow that frontline staff can use without a traditional desktop-heavy CMMS process.
